A service on Advent Sunday, which reminds us that  Jesus is the Light of the World – "In him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it." John 1:4-5

Create for Christmas-2
Friday 6th December 7:30pm : Create for Christmas
An annual event for women to meet together, to create Christmas crafts and listen to a Christmas message.£12.50 Tickets can be purchased here. 

Carols at the Somerville Arms
Thursday 12th December 8-9pm : Carols at the Somerville Arms
Join us at the Somerville Arms for a wonderful hour of carol singing, accompanied by musicians.

KCO Christmas Journey 2024
Friday 13th December : Kings Chamber Orchestra Concerts
A great opportunity to invite friends to church for an evening with the KCO Christian orchestra. The KCO will play a Teddy Concert at 4pm, particularly for children but a delight for all, and an Evening Concert at 7:30pm. Tickets can be purchased here:

Alternative Carols
Sunday 15th December 6:30pm : Alternative Carols
An alternative take on the traditional carol service - come in your best Christmas jumper and invite your friends to sing carols and explore the meaning of Christmas. After the service stay around for hot chocolate and yule log.

Midweek Carols
Wednesday 18th December 11am : Midweek Carols
Carols at the Midweek Service followed by a free light lunch. 

Longest Night
Thursday 19th December 7pm : Longest Night Memorial Service
A service to remember loved ones who have died recently or many years ago.

All Age Carols
Sunday 22nd December 10:30am : All Age Carols
A wonderful service full of well-known carols, with a Nativity tableau for children to join in with. Do encourage your children to come to church dressed in Nativity costumes!

Carols by Candlelight
Sunday 22nd December 6:30pm : Carols by Candlelight
Our traditional carol service with lessons and carols by candlelight led by the St Paul's choir, followed by mulled wine (alcoholic and non alcoholic) and mince pies.

Christmas Eve

8am Quiet Holy Communion

4pm : Christingle Service
Bring along your homemade Christingle, see instructions attached - How to Make a Christingle.pdf , we will supply the candle when you arrive for the service.

11pm : Midnight Communion

A late night reflective worship service with Holy Communion to prepare for Christmas Day.

Join us to celebrate the birth of Jesus, either for a quiet service at 8am or at 10:30am for our Christmas Celebration with Holy Communion.
