OPERATIONS DIRECTOR(Facilities and events)
 £35,000 - £40,000 plus pension p.a. FTE(depending on experience) 
Permanent full-time or ¾ time (30 – 40 hours per week)including Sundays and some evenings. 

St Paul’s Leamington has a vision (together with other churches) to give everyone in our area a meaningful opportunity to respond to the good news of Jesus, by Easter 2033. It is unashamedly big, because God 'is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine' (Eph 3:20). 
To help us as we bring our vision to fruition, we are looking to appoint a passionate, organised leader as Operations Director to oversee the effective and efficient management of the fabric, facilities and events of the church.  
This role is designed to work alongside the Operations Director responsible for ministry and administration, to ensure that structures and systems are in place to meet the needs of our ministries and enabling future growth.  In addition, the role includes directing the next phase of church buildings redevelopment and working toward the goal of net zero by 2030.
